NEVER fly Jet Blue! BOYCOTT at all cost! If you book with one airline and they use Jet Blue for connector find a new flight! I fly to and from Hawaii several times a year. Hawaiian Airlines uses JB for their connections from JFK to DTW. *First time ever flying Jet Blue. There is NO communication.No text. No email. Flight set for noon, Delayed to 1:30 (no problem). I NEVER left my gate. There was NO updates and upon confirming 4x with gate agents my flight was gate 9 @1:30. At 12:15 they made an announcement for Ft. Lauderdale-I approached agent immediately to ask where DTW flight went. I was told the flight was “IN THE AIR” and had left ON TIME from gate4! Waited in Cust. Svc. line for 1.5 hours-100’s of passengers with likewise stories-No other flights for the day-no rerouting-no compensation…told I could be rebooked for next day travel. Slept in the airport-FREEEEZING! ALL agents including managers were RUDE, TOXIC, Snicker under their breath at you. More to the story-not enough space to elaborate. Bottom line:
Jet Blue is COMPLETELY heartless-like robots. JB holds ZERO accountability for their completely incompetent airline and directly blames the passengers for any and all concerns. The only way to change this is for EVERYONE to BOYCOTT JB!
