Porter Airlines needs to improve its reliability

I really like the product that Porter Airlines delivers: airport lounges for everyone, nice turboprop planes, friendly cabin crew, good in flight service. It could be one of the best airlines in the region BUT there is one big problem: their on-time performance. This time, my flight arrived 45 mn late. It could be an isolated case, but it's quite recurrent.
So Porter Airlines really needs to improve their reliability. It is a short-haul airline, and for such short flights, customers first expectation is to arrive on time.
